Cancel order

Orders can be canceled by customers if they are unpaid. Find the order in your "Order History", you can find the option of "Cancel Order".

For paid orders, please contact customer service.

Note:

In-stock orders cannot be canceled after shipping, a restocking fee of 0.5USD per item will be charged if the customer canceled after orders begin to proceed in LCSC warehouses.

Backorders cannot be canceled by customers after payment or any contract and agreement are confirmed. If it must be canceled due to insufficient supply, LCSC customer service staff will contact you.
